Dr. Craft and his staff are very helpful and kind. On the front end, setting up an appointment was easy, cost was clear and she worked with my insurance to let me know what was covered and my out of pocket expense. The procedure (gum graft) was practically painless! I know people have different pain tolerance but I believe Dr Craft is just excellent at what he does! Not only would I recommend him but I'll be going back to him whenever I need periodontal procedures done. I honestly can't imagine anyone better!
