My excellent surgeon/doctor moved on to another group and they didn't even tell me. They didn't contact me to let me know that he moved. I had no idea that my surgery was canceled. They set me up with another surgeon and I sat and waited for 1.5 hours waiting to see him, before I walked out the door. Their front office people are not very nice and they just treat you like a number. I will not be using your service ever again, neither should you. Avoid!
Horrible wait times. You are definitely a number on a paper. No personalized care. Do not show any respect for our time. This is our third appointment here and this place runs poorly. Spent hours waiting on a doc to give you the brush off. Sent us to imaging with wrong script and surgery date is a whole month away!!!! What are we doing here!!!!????
Sadly, this place is a typically run facility where you're just a number. They herd you in and out like cattle, and since the doctors are so busy, they're always behind and then don't really take the time to get to know you or your issue. They seem to take in more patients than they can effectively handle.
This is my third time using this walk in clinic First two great experience this time they obviously have scrapped the bottom of the barrel for front desk registration Myself and at least 4 others that I saw signed in well before the 6:30 close time and the registration girl did not give any of us the registration form and had no idea why any of us were there The people before me after waiting an hour went up and asked her about registration and I saw her give one lady papers but not the rest I left at 6:35 and was never ackn... read more
