My boyfriend was recently seen here to follow up with Dr. Westpheling. He encountered a work injury that resulted in a severe concussion. The receptionists were all very friendly and accommodating, I would give them 5 stars separately if I could. The first nurse my boyfriend was seen by took his concerns very seriously, listened and was very helpful. However, Dr. Westpheling, not so much.
