My boyfriend was recently seen here to follow up with Dr. Westpheling. He encountered a work injury that resulted in a severe concussion. The receptionists were all very friendly and accommodating, I would give them 5 stars separately if I could. The first nurse my boyfriend was seen by took his concerns very seriously, listened and was very helpful. However, Dr. Westpheling, not so much. This was a visit that was not mean to be but it happened. I always feel nervous walking into a clinic just because I am not sure what the outcome will be with an injury. Becca at the front desk was more than pleasant to deal with. She explained the process and help me complete my forms for my appointment. Next, Nurse Anna called my name and we were off to the back office for more information. She was really friendly and detailed oriented.
