Tri State, specifically Dr. Patricia Vigdor continuously brushed or laughed off any issues I reported to them with my latest pregnancy. They are literally no help. All they do is refer you to the ER. I complained of back pain, the response I got was “well you’re only 27 weeks” as if I’m making up the pain I’m feeling because I’m not far along enough in Dr. Vigdors mind, so she disregarded me. Scheduling is so unprofessional. I called yesterday and the lady gave me an appointment for today for 12:30. I arrived at that time to find the front door locked and lights off and then when I called the voicemail said they were at lunch. I am outraged by the lack of care this establishment has. If you are going to schedule patients, be aware of your lunch schedule. I WILL be going elsewhere
