If you can avoid it, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Throughout my pregnancy and through my post natal care this office has been extremely condescending and rude. The front desk attendant argued with me about my insurance, and talked down to me like I was a child. They have consistently treated me like I was an inconvenience for being here and requesting their help with my care. If it hadn't been an urgent issue I would not have come here.
Your experience at this OB will at best be average and at worst, absolutely terrible. We went here since they were closest. Please consider going somewhere else for your (and possibly your baby's) emotional and physical health. You want the BEST care for your unborn wonder. You will NOT find that here. Also prices are the same as others so why go here? Please don't read these reviews and think it can't be that bad. YES it can be! Don't take the risk.

Tri State, specifically Dr. Patricia Vigdor continuously brushed or laughed off any issues I reported to them with my latest pregnancy. They are literally no help. All they do is refer you to the ER. I complained of back pain, the response I got was “well you’re only 27 weeks” as if I’m making up the pain I’m feeling because I’m not far along enough in Dr. Vigdors mind, so she disregarded me.
