Great sales department, they do have questionable service department but sales is amazing and I got my vehicle that runs great! No problems so far
Took care of my inspection on my car even though they were busy and it was late afternoon.
Quick service. Definitely higher on the deal dealership pricing spectrum. $167 for an oil change and rotate tires for a vehicle that I bought at the same dealership just a little over a month ago. Then I got hit with a 3% service fee for using my credit card🙁
We have been doing business with Tri state Nissan for many years. They are concientious, thorough. & trustworthy and stand by their work. Their service manager Kevin Riggleman is knowledgeable, informative and always professional. They have an excellent parts department. We highly recommend Tri Sate Nissan for their sales department as well.
