Bought my vehicle new from TriState in 2018. Been a repeat service customer ever since and my last service appointment for an oil change and tire rotation (made an appointment - did not just show up) I had to wait 2 hours. Never had that long of a wait! Customer service from the service advisor needs major improvement. Upon driving home, my tires now seem to need rebalancing as they vibrate at certain speeds in which they did not before.
