Can I please get a callback? I have been waiting for a return call for quite some time. I need a authorization and left messages for Clara.. her voicemail says she will call back end of business day but I never get one. My insurance nor the pharmacy has NOT received an authorization request and my appointment was Dec 16th... I was told the authorization would take 48hrs... I do not want to suffer another migraine again. I just might die... PLEASE HELP
