5 out of 5 stars! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Hollie was absolutely fantastic to work with. She made the entire car-buying process incredibly smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. Hollie really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My Equinox runs perfectly and looks absolutely pristine. I love my new ride and cannot recommend Hollie enough if you want a seamless experience and top-notch service!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Spent 6k on a 2018 Chevy Trax and 20min later check engine comes on and it’s smoking when I get off the highway. Take it to the shop and there is oil and coolant leaking everywhere, multiple sensors gone bad. Called and all they said is “all sales final, that’s why we let people test drive them”. Now have to spend another 3.5k just to fix issues and see where all the leaks are coming from. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! You will regret it!!!

We saved up and spent our savings for our daughter to have a safe reliable car for her 16 birthday, drove it from Fairborn to Kettering home, it started smoking so my husband took it today to the Shop we always go to less than 24 hours Of having the keys to find out, it’s a lemon.
