I was glad they were able to get it fixed in 1 day. Hard to be without your truck.
Brian (service manager) was outstanding to work with in helping resolve a broken water pump issue I had with my new GMC 3500HD while on vacation in Utah! He fit me in for a full day replacement of the pump to get us back on the road. This allowed us to stay on schedule for our remaining reservations the following week to finish out our trip.
So I visited the Cedar City GMC Tri State motors facility in cedar city, when I was told by my personal mechanic that I had a oil leak. He said my 2023 Tahoe was still under warranty and recommended that I take it to Brian at Tri State, he's the service manager. The SUV he belonged to my niece, who was in town from out of state. I went to tri state the same day, Brian was so very nice and accommodating, he said they could put it on a rack and diagnose it so that we could see if they needed to get parts and make me an appoint... read more
