Excellent care...everytime!
The workers here are very kind. The doctors are great- it may be a bit of a wait sometimes to get in but they stay busy and no matter what you will be seen and taken care of. Every time I’ve been here I’ve been taken seriously and treated well. I appreciate this office as it’s a great alternative to going to the ER for minor issues or having to wait to get an appointment with your primary provider. An amazing office with amazing employees 🩷 I believe my recent visit I saw Dr. Amber McKinney and she was amazing.
This was my first time ever going to minor care. I had been sick for 6 days and it was getting worse. I told the nurse Jaci that I was allergic to amoxicillin, penicillin, and doxycycline. The PA came in and looked me over for all of 1 minute and didn’t do any strep, covid, or flu testing. She looked into one of the my ears (not even the one that is bothering me) felt my throat and listened to my lungs and that was it. Shortest visit ever. I visited minor care on 11/04/2025 for wheezing. I have asthma but thought I possibly had pneumonia, which was my reason for seeking care at minor care. I saw PA Ricketts, who ordered a breathing treatment, a steroid shot, and a chest xray. When the chest xray came back normal, PA Ricketts told me that as I am aware I have been diagnosed with asthma and had to be seen in the ER for exacerbations several months ago, it was not appropriate for me to come to minor care and I am not to return to their location for any respirator... read more
