I visited minor care on 11/04/2025 for wheezing. I have asthma but thought I possibly had pneumonia, which was my reason for seeking care at minor care. I saw PA Ricketts, who ordered a breathing treatment, a steroid shot, and a chest xray. When the chest xray came back normal, PA Ricketts told me that as I am aware I have been diagnosed with asthma and had to be seen in the ER for exacerbations several months ago, it was not appropriate for me to come to minor care and I am not to return to their location for any respirator... read more

Horrible customer service! The way they treat patients is despicable! I sat in the waiting area for over an hour before being taken to a room — even people who arrived after me were seen first. Once in a room, I waited another hour. They said they’d run a test and call me in a couple of hours, but after four hours with no update, I had to call multiple times myself. Took my mother to be checked out for swollen hand and feet. The nurse took her weight and then says us in a room to wait. The doctor came in and did not introduce herself. As we were leaving I asked the nurse to please take my mother’s blood pressure. She said she had already. I told her that she had not as I was there the whole time. She repeated she had. Got me into a room quickly and checked my blood pressure. Then told me the doctor would be in shortly….. I waited over an hour before I walked out. I’m sitting in my car outside right now because I couldn’t wait to post this poor experience. Never coming back, I’ll drive to Spokane if I have to before I get put into a back room to be forgotten again, you should too. Needed help with an infection but now all the pharmacies are closed because they waisted all that time.
