Great customer service! Called Wade after dealing with another local durable medical company that stated it would take almost 3 weeks to get a new cpap machine. Walked into Tri State Medical supply and walked out 30 minutes later with my new machine. All set up and ready to go. Definitely recommend!
Worst customer service wouldn't recommend. They left me hanging in a time of need and wouldn't help me no matter how many times I called(alot), just kept saying they would look into it and would call me back in a few when they found something out. Never got a call back, ever. They just abandoned me pretty much
Tri-State Medical -. Wade was very helpful to meet my husband's need for a recliner lift chair very informative of what was needed. Very helpful to meet other needs for my husband and would recommend this company to anyone.
