We were switched to a nurse for our visit and she was not aware of significant health issues for why the appointment was made. This was after the practice called us to have us come in because of the complication. She was very rushed and disorganized. I cannot imagine what could have happened if we had not pointed out several significant things during the visit that she was completely unaware of and would have had negative outcomes as a result of her overlooking them and rushing.
Very good drs they took very good care of my uncle and now I'm being taking care of by them cause they found something on my heart and waiting to find out the next step to take. Great doctors.
Pleasant atmosphere
Had Ultra sound tests done. Bob was the technician. I was a nurse before I retired & can tell you I never treated a patient like he treated me. He barked orders at me as the tests proceeded instead of GENTLY stating ahead of each step what was expected of me. Ex: Don't move when you breathe! Don't hold your breath! Don't stiffen your feet! Relax! I can't get a reading & will have to do it again! I left there in pain & was on the verge of crying.
