I called Tri State Lock and Safe relative to not being able to shut the safe door. On my own, I replaced the batteries twice just simply thinking the batteries were aged. I spoke with a gentleman whose name was Cam. I sent over pictures of the safe as well as the serial number and model number. He said he would look into it and get back with me. From the moment I called asking for help with an antique lock set that had no key, these guys were so helpful. I texted them an image and they said come on down, we’ve got a bin of keys. When I got there three of them helped me try keys in the lock. After many, many tries, we found one. They charged me $35 for the key and saved me a world of trouble.
