From the moment I called asking for help with an antique lock set that had no key, these guys were so helpful. I texted them an image and they said come on down, we’ve got a bin of keys. When I got there three of them helped me try keys in the lock. After many, many tries, we found one. They charged me $35 for the key and saved me a world of trouble. I found myself locked out of my home (door knob) & this company promptly answered. They were understanding, polite & professional. The price was high at $325, only complaint is I just wish the cost was a bit less money however, they're getting 5 stars from me. They got to my house in about 20 minutes but it seemed much faster since the phone call! I am so incredibly grateful to this company!
