I requested a quote to replace a retaining wall at my home. An estimate was sent without a site visit and didn't have information on project specifics, warranty, or insurance, so I sent an email follow up asking for them. Almost a week later I received an email stating "I don't believe we would be a good fit for you on this project" and the estimate was removed.
