I did a lot of my own work to make things happen for test & follow ups. Tri -State lacks the ability to contact facilities outside themselves to orchestrate test they don't handle. Took me a while to figure out no one was going to call me with an appointment after about a month of waiting. I was sent to Kootenai for Neurological test on my wrist, hands & arms only to discover they don't contact Tri-State with the results, nor does Tri-state follow up with Kootenai Health.
