There was an issue with the service they performed. I called them, told them what the problem was, and asked them to come back and correct the problem. They refused, stating they would lose money. They also kept stressing to pay Cash or write the check for Cash so they did not have to collect tax - that is Tax Fraud and I have reported them to the IRS. I wrote the check out to Tri-State. Not a legitimate company.
These guys were absolutely top notch. Came to my house and within 30 mins my water was hot again! Paul explained to me what was happening and what he needed to do. Thank You Paul.
Wow!! What an amazing service from start to end. I was only getting 30 seconds of hot water and my neighbor recommended this company to come and clean my hot water coil. What a difference !! I can finally take a normal shower after 2 weeks of cold showers! When I called Tom could not have been nicer and they actually got my service scheduled in less than 24 hours. Tri State Hot Water Inc. did an AMAZING job and I didn't expect less based on the reviews here. It was a pleasurable experience all around, the office manager was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Again, from previous reviews, I was hoping to get Kevin and I was not disappointed. Kevin was very friendly, did not get upset about answering a hundred questions and patiently answered them all.
