Great people to work with was renting my house I’m in now one day Paul gave me a call and ask did I wanna buy we talked about price and it was reasonable I didn’t have no credit or no money Tri State set me up with Linder when we get to the lawyer office it was some communication issues on my behalf didn’t have enough money for closing but the took care of that and I’m so thankful for that the property was very maintained I will always refer them
