Used to Love these guys Save For Joshua who is arrogant, Rude and disrespectful. Complained about his attitude to another Associate Karen who became very rude an antagonistic. Got to a Manager and Made it clear I never want to Deal with Joshua again and Now he is the Only one they have calling me. 0 respect for someone who has dealt with them for over 4 years.

Working with Gene was seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. He made what I thought was a confusing and anxious process simple. I would highly recommend Tri State Financial and Gene’s services any day!
Was OK for a few years without moving or making a trade...Zero call backs or return emails during that trying time of trade and trade confirmation. I will pack up and move on when time is right. Very disappointed and frustrated!
