I'm retired Army and used an In Network facility, American Sleep Medicine, then started receiving bills from, Tri State Health, who I've never heard of. I also never signed anything agreeing to use this facility, nor has any representative from American Sleep Medicine mentioned I will be using this facility. They scheduled appointment at 3:15 and when I show up on appointment they told me some other family rescheduled at 3:00 thats why they made me wait two and half hours. This is ridiculous!
As a new patient I went to Tri-State Health needing clearance with immunizations for a new position at Christiana Care. There was some confusion at first; once it was sorted everyone at Tri-State has worked diligently to get me squared away. Tina is friendly, professional and thorough! Dr. Niaz, Nikat and the team work hard to provide good, personalized care and I appreciate their efforts.
