Update the elkton office number . I can’t get my prescription filled
I'm retired Army and used an In Network facility, American Sleep Medicine, then started receiving bills from, Tri State Health, who I've never heard of. I also never signed anything agreeing to use this facility, nor has any representative from American Sleep Medicine mentioned I will be using this facility. As far as I'm concerned, I never did... since I've never met any of its staff. It's been over a year, and I'm still working with my insurance company to get this corrected. They scheduled appointment at 3:15 and when I show up on appointment they told me some other family rescheduled at 3:00 thats why they made me wait two and half hours. This is ridiculous!
