I have a 5 year old Weber Summit grill that desperately needed cleaning. Jeff was able to come out within a few days, and the grill looked brand new and worked perfectly after he cleaned it. I highly recommend him if you need your grill deep cleaned.
Buyer beware. Looking back, my first red flag should have been that payment was required in full upfront. After I prepaid, he and told me he didn’t have time to clean the grill that day. Instead, he removed the grates and trays, saying he would take them home to clean and return the next day to finish the job. This was our first experience with professional grill cleaning and they did a fantastic job! Jeff was friendly and informative and our grill looked brand new when he was done! Absolutely a top notch service. We will call them again.
I have used Tri-State Grill Cleaning twice so far and both times I have been incredibly impressed by the quality of work. They have cleaned both a gas grill and a pellet smoker for me and made them both look fantastic. They were both HEAVILY used and caked with grease, which is why I called in a professional, and they came out sparkling for their age. The prices are fair, they are responsive in their communication, and they showed up when they said they would. I would highly recommend this company!
Jason did a great job, was efficient, polite and my grill looked really nice when he was finished.
