Do not use this company. Jason is no longer owner of the company. His brother Jeff is ruining the reputation. False promises, excuses, including pictures of 2 auto collisions within a week - for not showing up. And for sure don’t prepay for the “discount “. Multiple attempts for a refund go unanswered.

I’ve never left a one star review before. I am simply going to state facts. Jeff was who we worked with. Before coming out to our house, he wanted to collect partial payment via Venmo. He was eventually willing to come out to provide a quote prior to payment. We paid for $750 worth of parts. Jeff canceled over 10 appointments to come out and install the parts. We eventually hired someone else who had the job done in one week and the parts were only $500. I strongly recommend against their services.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I pre-paid with Jeff $719.00. He said he would show up to my house 6 different times, and each time just did not show up. I called him and he'd say "I'll call you back this afternoon to get you back on the calendar" and just never called. He also would give me deadlines, and after each deadline, I'd call and he'd say he was busy with personal issues. I would highly not recommend Tri-State Grill Cleaning. I paid Jeff $60 over a month ago for new flavorizers and he has yet to give them to me. Do not give this company your hard earned money!
