I filled out a claim form on the Tristate Glass website a few weeks ago. After about a week, I had not received a response. I tried calling the local number and it is never answered. I get a message stating that the voice mailbox hasn't been set up. I tried the toll free number, and after going through the automated menu, had to leave a message. Still no return call. I went to the website and filled out the form for a call back. Once again, no call.
Done a great job replacing windshield and received a lifetime warranty!
Friendly and fast service, helped me in loading. Made sure it was secure for the trip. Installed glass while in Virginia and glass was flawless.
