I needed my car fixed last minute, when I called panicked they got me in very quick and was very reasonable for what I needed done.
My 2023 f150 has been in the shop four four days now . I 've been told it will be at least two more and probably more than that until it is finished. All because the brake lights don't work . I can't even get a loaner.
They got me right in and got the problem taken care of as soon as possible. The only complaint I have is they wait until they are about closed to call and tell you the vehicle is about ready. I called a half hour before they closed to find out if it was going to be done and they said they were test driving it and would call me back when it was done.
