Tri state fitness was the best gym for me and my girlfriend while we were in town temporarily for work. It is not the biggest place, but they have everything you need and more!
I'm in town from Vail, AZ for a little over a week visiting my family and friends. I absolutely hate taking my whole vacation off from working out, so I searched Dubuque. Basically no gyms in Dubuque offer day or week passes anymore and if they do you'll pay over $100 for the week. I continued to search the area (Mom lives in East Dubuque) and that's when I found Tri State Fitness. They offer a week pass for $25 no strings attached or extra fees, perfect!
