Bought a very expensive machine from here. Very rude while waiting for my check to clear. Then 2 weeks later have serious hydraulic pump issues. No help, no guidance whatsoever. Basically said sorry about your luck.cost me another 22,000 for repairs. At least take care of your customers for repeat. Maybe offer to check it or something. Will definitely not be recommending a purchase from tri state
Amazing and all around helpful and courteous people
This place repairs and rents construction type equipment. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The rentals were well priced. And the rental process was easy and my rental ran like a champ.
