idk who works here or what they fix but it is not elevators. the elevator service in our building has been down on the following dates: today june 10 2025 yesterday june 9 a full week+ june 1-7 april 16 april 10 august 12,2024 august 6 2024 july 23 2024 july 17 2024 april 12 2024 january 8 2024 april 21 2023 february 23 2023 february 16 2023 august 10 2022 february 21 2022 and not to mention just about every person in our building has gotten stuck in our elevator at least once idk if you just enjoy charging our equally awful... read more
Awful service
We have been using Tri-State Elevators for many years, and it just has to be said that their customer service is amazing!
I have been living in this building for several years and there is a very serious issue with the elevator. It was said that Tri-State is the company that services the elevator here. Since Thanksgiving weekend 2021the elevator was out for 4 (four) days. It was supposedly fixed on that Monday, However, since then it seems as though the elevator has been going out of service quite regularly, at least 9 (nine) times since then.
