This has been by far, the worst customer service I've experienced since I've been working as a professional. Tri State Elevator was responsible for sending my business safety test results (performed on October 12, 2012) to the Ohio State Division of Industrial Compliance, and I was unaware that they did not until the state inspector disabled our elevator (July 18, 2013).
