If I could give a zero star I would. The technicians did a great job, but the customer service with the office staff as well as the owner is appalling! The owner actually informed me he was not going to talk to voice my concerns!! I had wiring done for a hot tub. The estimate came in between $1600 and $1800. The technicians found that they could wire through my attic to get it done faster. They got a project that was originally scheduled for 8 hours was done in 5 hours. I had Tri State Electric install my new hot tub. The technician was on time, professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job! I will definitely call Tri State for all my future electrical needs!
