They sold me s $4,000 fireplace that has never worked from day one. After 9 months they sent a tech out that was more interested in sitting and chatting for a few hours. He didn't fix anything. Calls to their VP, President, Customer Service and even accounting to get a refund or credit went unanswered. Clearly they had no answers and no intention to stand behind their product. That fireplace is still built-in to this day, has never worked, and just makes me mad every time I see it.
