We bought a Monessen 42” Artisan gas fireplace from Tri State Fireplace. We ordered a set of logs for an extra 560.00. The first set was broken. We did not have the fireplace installed right away so we did not open them until a few months later when the fireplace was installed. When they shipped the fireplace my husband had to meet the driver up the road from our house because he could not turn around in our driveway. If you are a driver that have to deliver freight to them . Beware of bad business their dishonest and unprofessional. They will claim missing freight knowingly they received it . Take pictures and make sure they print and sign their signature upon signing or they will get you .
