Not very helpful over the phone.
I had a rash for 3 months, and saw 2 doctors in the area with no benefit. I was prescribed cortisone by mouth and several creams, but nothing teally helped. A friend of mine recommended them; she had a great experience there. In the first visit I had the correct diagnosis. My condition is now fully under control! It is great to quit itching and have clear skin. My stress level now is way down. I am forever grateful!
The office staff was nice and it was easy to get an appointment. The young nurse was disrespectful. I am 37 years old and she asked me repeatedly about my periods. She could not believe a woman as old as I am still had periods. Dr Tawfik was condescending, mean and did not fix my problems. My daughter has a wart on her foot and I have one one my hand.
