This was the first time I have ever had to deal directly with any service such as cremation. Sadly it was for my fiancée. The heartfelt understanding and ease of getting this process completed made all of this much easier in my grieving state. Everything went according to schedule with no surprises. I appreciate the simple expertise from Lance and the ease of getting through this process.

Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home was excellent in every way. They were very caring and made such a sensitive situation much easier to handle. They showed great consideration for our family, were prompt with all arrangements, and kept great communication throughout the entire process. Tri state cremation goes above and beyond! I live in Summersville but my father passed away at St. Mary's hospital. We called around several places and Tri-State cremation was the only place that was affordable. This was the first death in my family that I had to make arrangements for and I'm so glad that everyone at Tri-State cremation helped me because I didn't know what I was doing and they talked me through it and helped me get all the paperwork that I need to do. The best cremation prices I have ever heard. They ensured my family was able to afford putting my sister to rest without a huge financial burden. Tyler was very kind and made me feel right at home!!!
