I spoke with Lance initially over the phone while seeking options for my Father who had recently passed. He was very helpful with providing information and support regardless of if we chose to utilize their services. I really appreciated that. I was very pleased with the services we got. It was comfortable and friendly setting. Lance was very patient and helpful. He explained everything to us. There were no hidden fees, and no pressure to purchase anything additional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of these services. They took very good care of our father and we are grateful for that.
