It was unbelievable!!! One side of our gutters had fell completely off. They repaired our gutters. While I was at the hospital with my husband,who was having brain surgery. When I got home-the yard was so clean , I didn’t think they had been here. I looked up and the New gutters was up. I started CRYING ! The price was amazing 🤩. About 16 windows were replaced 3 years ago. Immediate problems with triple pane windows leaking. John, the owner came to inspect after his workers made 2 attempts to correct one window. He found that seals were broken on 3 windows upon installation. I've been trying to reach the business by phone, but no answer. The faulty windows have not been replaced. Windows have a lifetime warranty. Now they are leaking really bad. And have ruined trim around all my windows. Company has changed their name to J& J contracting. I contacted the owner & said he wasn't going to honor lifetime warranty contract. So be sure to look at all the reviews. Don't want anyone else to get screwed.
They installed Windows in our home and charged us for one that don't exist, will not answer phone ,windows fog up. If any one has any info on these jerks please let me know.We are after them and will get them through finance company and BBB.
We recently had 20 windows installed in our home and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The sales staff were extremely helpful and fantastic to work with. Unlike other contractors we met with, TSC didn't try to oversell us and recommended only what they thought would be best for us.They discussed financing options and worked with us to find the best fit.
