The procedure went well but the nurses need to be careful when making insulting remarks about the patients spouse. Just because a person is medicated doesn’t mean they can’t hear.
I had a terrible experience at this office. Dr Arruffat wouldn't let me ask one single question. Everytime I tried he interrupted me and said we will get to that later. I had my records sent over ahead of time he had not even looked at them. He could not wait to get out of the room. I had to pay $40 for basically nothing.
Dr. Was awesome! She got us in the very day we called and diagnosed the problem in minutes. We're from Carbondale IL. and they had us waiting 8 weeks to get seen by a doctor. When you have a FISSURE TEAR, ou don't have 8 weeks. So thank you for taking care of me. Patrick Mitchell.
