Under the No Surprises act it was their duty to inform me that the Doctor I was being sent to see was not under the coverage of my insurance. I have called the billing department and cannot seem to get anyone to call me back. It seems I will have to take this to the BBB, State Insurance regulators and the Department of Health.
This was my first time having an eye exam since I was a kid, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised how the whole experience went. Felt as though they did a thorough job, listened to my issues and explained everything I had questions about. Thank You
All the staff were exceptional. Friendly & attentive. Things were explained extremely well by both staff & physician. Very efficient set-up from procedure perspective. Easy parking & access.
