How refreshing to know that there are still honest people in this world! I dropped my cell phone in the hot tub. It would not charge. I took it to Tri-State Cell Phone Repair and they fixed it for $10. I highly recommend this place!

Went in July 25th for a new iphone screen and got charged 250. The screen was obviously of low quality and I could see green pixels when at a low brightness. I was fine with this, but two months later, a half circle of dead pixels appeared on my iPhone screen. I would’ve took the screen back immediately but I am in college and two hours away. Not even a week later, it spread to the top half of my iphone. Took it back today (September 27), since I am supposed to have a lifetime warranty and got told I couldn’t get it replaced... read more

Customer service is friendly and helpful! Such good people here…last minute they helped me with my phone, which took 3 hours! He multi tasked until, after hours, to help me with no charge. Can’t thank them enough! Thank you!

My cell phone was cracked in 6 places so they fixed it temporarily plus gave me a deal on a phone case to hold screen together so I could use it while I waited on refurbished screen to come in. They fixed it for me in 1 day. I will definitely give them my business again.
