Tri-State is exceptional! Their showroom is beautiful. Kathleen Lenhardt is professional and provides a superb breadth of expertise. The range of flooring available is endless. And their pricing is extremely competitive. Why would anyone go to the big box stores when you can have this level of personal service and product selection?
I have been in the real estate business for 23 years and this company by far is the best company my clients have used for flooring. Excellent service, they go above and beyond to help clients even after their purchases. Customer service is what it is all about and this company surpasses eveyones expectations. I highly recommend them.

I just made my second purchase from Tri-State. I was happy with my first purchase and returned to purchase carpet for another room! Great prices, and installation was done neatly and professionally. I recommend!
