Started going here almost 2 years ago and jack whitaker was incredibly rude and didn’t listen to a word I said. Sarah Whitaker was the same way. Waited over an hour in the room just for her to be in there for less than 5 minutes. I asked them both if there was any chance I could have a certain condition, and they both dismissed it quickly and said no, that I just needed to exercise more. I feel like they didn’t take me seriously because of my age; at the time I started going I was a teenager.

The ladies at the front desk were very polite and professional. The nurse was very kind and apologetic. However, the nurse practitioner overslept and was unable to fulfill our appointment after we waited for 40 minutes. I felt really bad for the nurse that had to inform us and the other employees that will have to call and reschedule all the appointments. They showed up and did their job. It’s a shame that the one responsible for your healthcare can’t do the same.
