I was leaving on a 2 week trip and needed a camera. Ordered on Saturday and had overnight shipping. Received confirmation the same day. No updates or anything from the store over next few days. Called in on Wed the following week, and after never-ending holds and being passed on from one person to the next, I was told they were closed for the entire weekend through Tuesday. Nowhere on the website or on the order itself was it mentioned that they would be closed.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service on the phone too. I wish they clearly state that certain items are grey market. but prices are unbeatable so I am OK with.

After a stressful combined Walmart&UPS mix up I spoke with Steven who was able to answer all of my questions and ensure my order would be fulfilled by them this was only a 5 minute conversation unlike trying to get a hold of ups for the last hour and a half thank you Steven

We bought a NEW Canon point n shoot from TriState and the camera menu was pre set up of the box with a non English language which leads us to believe the camera was preowned. We were able to revise it after a hour of Google "how to" searches - a pain.

Go5t a great deal on Nikon camera, lots of extras got 64gb card instead of 2 32gb. Did not show up on credit card until delivered. Spoke with someone on phone polite professional nice guy. Eric from Lombard, IL
