I am very satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service on the phone too. I wish they clearly state that certain items are grey market. but prices are unbeatable so I am OK with.

After a stressful combined Walmart&UPS mix up I spoke with Steven who was able to answer all of my questions and ensure my order would be fulfilled by them this was only a 5 minute conversation unlike trying to get a hold of ups for the last hour and a half thank you Steven

We bought a NEW Canon point n shoot from TriState and the camera menu was pre set up of the box with a non English language which leads us to believe the camera was preowned. We were able to revise it after a hour of Google "how to" searches - a pain.

Go5t a great deal on Nikon camera, lots of extras got 64gb card instead of 2 32gb. Did not show up on credit card until delivered. Spoke with someone on phone polite professional nice guy. Eric from Lombard, IL

Unfortunately they wont honor their own prices on their website. I purchased a lens from their website thinking I was getting a great deal. Got a confirmation email and everything. No call, no email. I called to check on the status of my order and was told they weren't going to fill it because of a "price glitch" in the system. Seems pretty shady all around. I have ordered from Tristate before and had no issues with them. The right thing from a customer service perspective would have been to honor the price and for them to f... read more
