Great product explanation & walking us through the initial process. No pressures of ending sales promotions, sales folks usually do. Jason was very courteous & was ahead of time but waited very patiently. They have a great team and looking forward to working with them.
Initially (pre-sale) my contact with Tri-State went well. During the design and contract process I found mistakes that were rectified when I pointed them out (read/review carefully). The installation went okay. Until it rained and the wall of windows they installed started leaking. I tried getting them back there to no avail. Luckily my cousin (master carpenter) and I have a background in construction. We were able to diagnose and repair the faulty/missing caulk.
