I am just completely shocked at all the negative reviews. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and Dr Chernyak. Of course she is going to request a urine sample. She needs to know if she is treating SUD or mental illness. I have found her to be kind, patient, understanding and supportive. She listens to the patient, considers the symptoms and yes, on occasions needs to adjust medication. Never once have we felt judged or felt critical eyes on us.

I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews.I met with Jessica Bringman yesterday for my son.She was amazing.She listened to everything I said.She answered all of my questions. She was good with my son.
After years with my provider. She moved to the west side of the state. I was referred to see DR. Chernyakc to be my new mental health doctor. I waited in the loby for 25 min. Also As a person with anxiety it would have been nice to know beforehand about providing a sample of urine. As I (& Im assuming most people) relive themselves before an appointment.
