I've used Tri State three times over the course of 5 years. They used to be a lot better but getting their office staff to address concerns or pick up the phone, return calls? Nearly impossible. I had an egress window install three weeks ago to the day, and have been trying to get them to come back to fix and finish the job since. I reached out in August 2024 to have some foundation and water issues addressed. My first appointment in early September was a "no show" and I called the office. It must have been a mix up, because it wasn't on their calendar. Not a big deal accidents happen. I waited about 3 more weeks to have some look at our house. I gave Brent a few weeks to give me a quote before I started checking in.
