I had an appointment scheduled today at the Airmont office for 3:15 PM. However, due to significant traffic on the 87 thruway, I arrived at 3:20 PM. Upon my arrival, the front desk informed me that I might not be seen unless the 4 PM appointment did not show up. Although I found this quite unusual, I listened patiently.
