Received 2 BAD engines from them. Took 3 weeks for them to pick up engine number 2. They have no reason to hold my funds; however, I am getting the runaround about my $3,554.95 refund. Bad business practices. I do Not recommend anyone doing business with them.
Avoid if possible. I paid for multiple items and one was the wrong color. The receipt had the correct color I requested but they made a mistake some way.. During the refund process they made a mistake again and gave me to much money back! I noticed before I left the property and they stopped the transaction. They gave me a print out that day and said it was fixed with refund on the way. They have still not refunded me the money for the correct part. The group went above and beyond to help me get the part I needed after being stood up by 2 different mechanics. And being stuck outside Memphis for 2 days. I got the replacement drive shaft and can now continue my journey home to South Carolina.
You don't pull your parts there, but they have friendly staff and seem to be a national network that will locate, pull, and deliver your needs in just a day or two.
