Josh is a great trainer. I had a hard time at the beginning with not one calling me back and change are class time but once we met josh I told him what had happened he give me his cell phone number I have not had anymore problems if it was not for josh I would not be going there.
I can't say enough good things about Nat and Karissa. You can definitely tell they care so much about helping you and your dog. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their dog.
Josh did a fantastic job teaching us how to teach our dog! I've met Bobbi Jo when we had our previous dogs and could tell right away that she is an expert on helping ordinary pet owners become pack leaders. I personally believe that if every pet owner went through these courses there would be fewer dog surrenders to shelters. In the end with the work, you end up a happy owner with a happy pet. I definitely recommend These guys.

Beware of paying for private session with Bobbi Jo. 30 min of questions, which felt like an interrogation, and 0 training. Only recommendation was to fix a dog we plan to breed. Shouldn't training be the first resort to surgery?

To the entire Ann Wallace family and friends... This statement is false. We didn't charge you a dime for your lesson. As a matter of fact, at that time we refunded all of your money from previous classes you had already attended, and seeking help from another dog school was strongly suggested. We dont deserve being cussed and yelled at for suggesting neutering a human-aggressive dog that you want to breed and then sell the puppies to make money. We have too many dogs in shelters seeking homes as is.
We love Bobbi Jo. The whole TSK9U has become like family to us. Bobbi Jo gave me my freedom back by helping my dog and I through the service dog program. She never gave up on us, and has always been there for me. She’s a wonderful, selfless lady who genuinely cares about the needs of other people and wants to better the dog community.
Having the same issue where the owner will not return a phone call. I’m also not getting response from email either. What kind of business needs more than a week to return a call about dog training?!

Ann, you are having the same issue because the other person that also left a 1 star review is you, or your FB friend, the name of that person has never called us, emailed us, or even lives in this area, so you are now harrassing us to get your way. The owner is with her family this week, and not working. There have been several replies and communication to your emails, phone calls, and fb messages by our office manager to you. Very disappointing company on so many levels. The owners inability to return phone calls is unacceptable. If you take pride in your job, respond to calls and emails. The website has inaccurate information which can mislead you as a consumer. Beware.
