I needed an affordable appliance repair service to fix my fridge. After shopping around I chose Tri-State Appliance Service. They came, they fixed my appliance and they left. It has been a month and my fridge is working fine.
Came out to repair my washer/dryer. Of course, charged me the service charge of $55 - to be expected. Told me I needed a new heating coil and they would be in touch. A week later, having not heard back from them, I called and they said they couldn't find the part. I told them I would order the part, and they said they would come back out and install it. I found and ordered the part, but then when I would call them to have them come out, they act like they are confused, hang-up, and then never answer their phone after that. F... read more
