They are very courgial & come out to Ozark Whn lv called thm on this Frigidaire ice maker thts gone out on me 3 times in less Thn 2 yrs. T hey are reasonable & efficient doing theyr job.Prompt ... l highly recommend thm.
They have been out several times for repairs washing machine, fridge, stove. Yes, they charge 60 dollars for a service call but try to find one cheaper. No complains
My washer quit after 12 years, and I knew it was going to be an expensive repair. After talking with someone on the phone at Tri-State, I realized it would be easier to purchase a new washer. Thank you to the sweet and funny lady who helped me out!
RIPOFF!! Charge $60.00 for a service call to tell you they do not have any idea what is wrong. Said they can keep putting parts in until they figure it out??????????? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Amazing people! Great customer service and Super friendly. I don’t live in their service area but they allowed me to bring my washer to them and they had it fixed super quick. It may be a 45 min drive but they definitely will get our business!
