Got a estimate of 700. Was later called and said surgery couldn't be done. Pick him up. When we went to get him charged us another 200. 900 in total. Said pay or leave the dog. No explanation. Horrible place. Rude staff.
I am extremely disappointed in the way this place took advantage of my 19 year old daughter and the love for her cat. After bringing her in for throwing up from eating tensil decor / they hadn’t even seen the cat yet and had an itemized statement of charges for $565 for x rays blood work and an insane exam fee ready for her to sign and agree to - after 2 hours of being there they came in and stated she needed an IV to stay overnight for additional X-rays and fluid / they blew the cats vein in her left paw - never took additi... read more
This place is a joke had an emergency w/ my bloodhound swollen belly on a Sunday upon arrival nobody came out & then the 4th person finally got her on the gurney. They did nothing for the apparent pain & distress just came out every 15 min telling us how much it would be for x- ray, later again for blood test. Later again telling they didn't know if bood or fluid. Did not drain to relieve pressure continued to watch her suffer till she had a seizure & died. they care as much as you're willing to pay and are not thorough with investigating pet problems. If you think it's possible for your pet to wait to see someone else, you should.
