Missed FLUID in my baby's LUNGS. Charged $800 for blood work, xrays, and other shit but didnt xray her chest despite her labored breathing. Too busy to give proper care to the animals that need it. People all around just had animals only in because they had been throwing up from random shit, not even in critical condition. But I was still there for hours, waiting to hear back. RIDICULOUS! SHE HAS FIP.

Have had couple bad experiences but called today to get info on if they provide euthanasia services for ferrets as I have an elderly ferret that is more than likely going to need to be out to sleep. Didn’t want to make him wait and suffer any longer by waiting and going to regular vet in the AM. Receptionist for ER was incredibly rude. Told me to ask vet techs all the questions I had when i got there she was “just the receptionist”. Yes I know she is not a licensed vet/vet tech but I am already struggling to keep it together... read more
I highly recommend! If they wasn't an er I'd make them my personal vet for all babiesI wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided. Your team's dedication and expertise were truly remarkable. It's reassuring to know such skilled professionals are available. I appreciate the compassionate approach shown throughout the process. Thank you for your outstanding service. They did great with my boogie. If they was a regular vet I'd drive 2 hrs for them they're the greatest! 100/10
