Tried to get some information about Fading Kitten Syndrome so I can bring in my kitten that is obviously in pain and the lady asked to hold the line and then she disconnected the line very upset it is the weekend and can’t take my kitten anywhere else was hoping this place would help unfortunately not👎🏽
Super horrible service called inquiring about a way to help a kitten and was transferred to a line that did not allow a voice message to be left and hang up with no call back. Super unfortunate to see an entity that’s supposed to be professional act in this manner. Especially when you know that the vet is the one place you’re supposed to be able to reach out to for help….
While my dog is having a life threatening emergency, they told me if I got there before 1130 they would see him. I drove over an hour and got there at 1120 and they told me they wouldn't see him. When seconds matter they will waste your time.
I brought my 1-year-old cat to this ER after she suffered a tail injury. She was clearly in pain, and ultimately required a tail amputation. I trusted them to provide appropriate pain management they told me the pain shot would last three days and it didn’t. After the initial treatment, she was sent home without pain medication. Brought our Yorkie in cause she was frantically clawing at her mouth. We were afraid she was choking so we rushed her there. Arrived at 6:20pm and left at 8:20pm. It was quite busy as well, so I thought it was fast service for the amount of people in there. Staff were very friendly. Turns out our Harlow had a stick stuck to the roof of her mouth. Thank you all for helping our Harlow.
