This place is a joke. We called them before we got there and explained what was happening to our dog. They said they would meet us outside with a stretcher, which never came. Their excuse was their stretcher was being used. Their receptionists were too busy playing on their phones to even care. The staff was more worried about money than care for our dying dog. The hours of operation on their website is 6pm to 8am, but called at 11:30 pm on Thursday night and said they were closed take my dog to Lexington Kentucky for emergency help which is 2 hours away. This is the 2nd time this has happened, so they aren't open like their website states and don't care if your animal needs immediate help or not.
the kindest souls are employed here. i lost my sweet kitten & they were so caring, loving, & gentle through my first pet loss. God bless everyone who works there & a special thank you to those working that night & sent me off in the warmest way, sending me with plenty of prints of my girl ❤️
I brought my small cat in who was having difficulty delivering her babies. They gave me my options, allowed me to choose without any personal opinion input and supported my decision. The bill came in well under the estimate and now I have a happy, spayed mama and one very large kitten. Both are healthy and it’s thanks to Dr. Thomas and the entire crew at Tri-state! Thank you so much! Hope not to see you again, cause emergency, I will be right back at your door if I need you!
