Has to be one of the worst billing departments....They don't submit bills the right way so you have contact your secondary insurance to get bill paid had to call multiple times...Has happened more then once....Always have excuses instead of fixing issues......
Had a terrible experience with these folks. I was involved in an accident and ems assumed I was on drugs. Pretty racist to me.
3 weeks ago I called 911 for my elderly Mom. She has had numerous issues of her BP going very low and she passes out without warning (which is very odd for a person on 4 meds for hypertension)! About two months ago, she had an episode where she went out and hit the floor. She ended up with a broken arm and a couple of open wounds that required sutures. We took her to the ER ourselves.
