Absolutely hire Alan and Scott for your home and rental property air duct cleaning. Recently Tri-State was at my rental property in Lansdale. The team was thorough and they used commercial grade equipment that removed all the dirt and debris. They responded quickly, came out, and got the job done, and they were very respectful to our renters. I can’t recommend them more highly.
I was most impressed with the quality of work that Tri State Air Duct Cleaning did to my air ducts. Alan and Scott were very professional, punctual, and respectful. One thing that caught my eye was that they were extremely diligent about keeping my house clean as possible, wearing booties as soon as they entered my home, placing runway tarps to protect my floor, and covering areas with plastic sheets so dirt wouldn't fall onto my belongings. Alan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Needed our airducts clean at our new house and he did above and beyond. He went the extra length to adjust the airflow in our home so that we can get more air flowing upstairs. Pricing was very clear with no hidden adjustments to it. If you're in this area - you need to give him a call when you need servicing etc. 5/5.
