We had our air ducts cleaned today and Alan was great! He was professional, friendly, and did a thorough job. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!!
Alan gave us excellent service -- he did it five years ago and again today -- and we plan to continue asking him to clean our ducts every five years, and more frequently as needed for our dryer duct. He is kind and considerate and concerned about the impact of noise on our pets. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional and unreliable I had a very frustrating experience with Alan from Tri-State Air Duct Cleaning. He scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, so I took the day off work to be home—and then he stated that we did not have an appointment. When I got in touch, he rescheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday, he arrived but immediately complained about the weather. He said, “You want me to work in the rain? Get somebody else,” and just left. Tri State Air Duct Cleaning was amazing. I called for an appointment today for the cleaning of my dryer vent and he was at my house within an hour. He was very expedient, knowledgeable, very informative, and respectful. I will definitely be referring his services.
