They charged 10 times retail The crooks charged almost 10 times the retail price of the parts they replaced. Their first try was to replace a $25 part that wasn't the problem and charged $230 for the part. Then they replaced a Blower fan sequencer with a fan relay and charged $235 for that part. When I complained about their exorbitant charges they refused to do anything and said it was for their overhead.

Tri-State was wonderful. They came to my house the same day almost every time I called. If it wasnt that day it would always be the very next day. They had an awesome deal on their service agreements that gave me two free tune-ups a year and 10% off any parts that my unit may have needed. My AC was running fine, but when they did a tune-up they found a problem that was easily fixed and saved my AC from having to be replaced. I suggest Tristate Air to everyone!
