Called and told them I needed a service call for my compressor that wasn't turning on. I explained I thought it was a bad capacitor. They said no problem and come come out the next day. They did come out and told me I had a bad motor. I thought it was odd since my compressor only had about 10 hours of run time but these are the pros. I kept the motor and sent it out to a local motor shop to have it looked it. Personable and knowledgeable people. Could not ask for a better company to service the Northeast Ohio region. They have done installs for firm along with service calls. Proactive and responsive! Not to mention price things fair.
